Case of Dr. Vivien Araya using Synchromax

Dr. Vivien Araya shares a fascinating clinical case. It is a congenital AV block with initial pacing at the apex and systolic dysfunction after 40 years of pacing. We performed a system change, opting for physiological pacing in the deep septum near the left bundle branch. We observed a large positive change in the Synchromax® pattern. We will continue to follow the evolution.
